Outing with Marcus

Woke up around the afternoon today and slack around at home. First time waking up so late. Haha! It has been a long time since I woke up this late. Still a bit not used to it that I am not attending church on Sunday(cos I like the marriage course too much le!)

Marcus then SMS me whether I wanted to meet him and his friends for dinner? I reject him at first and he says he will be treating me. I was like,"Huh? Le siao bo?"(Huh? Are you crazy?)he then ask me to bring some friends along. My immediate thought was Esther and Jia Xin. But when I called Jia Xin, she says she's busy and will not be joining me. Esther agreed to it(phew!). Initially Lynn is not coming along as she has project work to do but her friend cancel it at the last minute saying that she is feeling unwell. So Lynn joined us to meet Marcus. Lynn came to my house for the first time but I was very embarrass cos my whole house was in a mess(those friends who came to my house on CNY should know how messy is it). She greet my parents in a very soft voice. But I don't blame her..cos she is very soft-spoken by nature.

My Mum then serve them drinks and I showed them a guy on the Internet and Esther gave me a weird look. Oh okay..hmm. Saw Marcus still in MSN and I told him I will be late. He is meeting us at 5.30pm. After that I quickly log off the Internet and rush to Bona Vista MRT station and reach Plaza Singapura at 5.33pm. Three minutes late. I then SMS Marcus to inform him we have reach the station and he SMS me back,"Huh?! So fast?! Me still at Outrum MRT" I was thinking,"KNS! Don't know who is that idiot who ask to meet at 5.30pm?" We then walk around the shopping centre while waiting for Marcus.

When he finally meet us, I introduce Lynn to him and we went to meet his friends, Ivan and Angela(who is 4 mths pregnant). I am quite worried about her but Marcus told me not to worry cos she is a nurse and knows how to take care of herself. Ya I know..but still I am a bit worry when she steps onto the escalator without looking on the steps. We then went to Ajisan for dinner. On the way there, I saw Naruto anime and was very excited.

I ordered a bowl of mushroom noodle set meal to eat while Esther and Lynn only ordered a few desserts. But I shared that bowl of noodles with them. When Marcus saw it, he was like, (-_-") and said,"Aiyo! You all...don't help me to save money until like that can or not? It's not like I could not afford. Never mind la..you guys go and order some noodles lor" But Esther and Lynn decline and shared that bowl of noodles with me. Marcus then said,"Eh..wanna help me share mine?" I laugh at his comment. We chat for awhile and went to the arcade to play some games. Esther, Lynn and I played Puzzle Fighter but I won them most of the time. Esther won me twice. After that they went to play other games and Marcus came and watch me play. I do not know how long I have played. By the time I turn my head around, all of them are standing behind me watching me playing the game. Wah! Very pai seh lor! Maybe because of the pressure and because Marcus is leaving soon, I then played the game quite fast but anyhow stack. Lose to Chun Li at the 5th stage.

We then bid each other goodbye and went on separate ways. Esther and I went to Takashimaya to look for Sheryln and wait for her to finish her work. We then brought the train together and Sheryln lend me her comic book to read. When I read that comic book, I was like,"....." I don't mind that the wordings are in Chinese cos I still could read a bit of basic Chinese but I mind about the drawings and the pictures of the comic!!! Haiz...but never mind. Sheryln and Esther then alight at their station and I return the comic book to Sheryln.

Walk back home alone at night. I am still scared to walk in the dark. Lazy to take the bus and anyway my home is not really far so I walk back home. Really enjoyed my day with my friends.
